Manager/Supervisor

OnesourcePCS, LLC (OPCS) is seeking a full-time Contract Manager in the Pensacola area.  This individual will manage contracts for all lines of business within OnesourcePCS. This position is responsible for all contracting and related activities, such as subcontractor procurement, contract terms and conditions negotiation, performance work statements, subcontractors, risk and FAR clause assessment, communications between OnesourcePCS and its customers and contract document management.  Work is performed with considerable independence under the general direction of a supervisor and is reviewed principally by observing results obtained.

Pay

Compensation for this position is based on experience ranging from $65,500 - $93,500 annually.

Work Schedule

  • Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00 p.m.

Role Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in related field. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience with federal government contract management.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Excellent management skills, and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize often-divergent interests.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with a diverse set of customers, both internal and external.
  • Proficient with written and verbal communication.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel by car, rail, and/or air may be required domestically. The percentage of time traveling will vary widely based on the circumstances.
